Internet is filled with advice on what to learn and why. But I am going to give you a perspective of end goal. It certain now that programming is the road to success. But learning any programming won't do and here's why...
If you learn a programming language based on its ease and support provided, clearly you are looking for working at a company
If you want to be a millionaire, learn Python, Javascript, Ruby or such kinds...If you want to work well you can learn SWIFT, Java, C++
Why ?
Because, the former are ubiquitous languages which will be used to device stuff like platforms, and games, and AI.
The later can also do it but for a company eg SWIFT will be for APPLE....
Thus if you want to be millionaire, make an application and sell it. If you want to be a billionaire, steal an idea and a use any programme to make it run.... Steve Jobs, Bill gates, Mark Zuckerberg everyone did the same. Took an existing idea and copied it but in the process made it better.
